There are 2 large windows in the living room & dining room,so that the flat has a very clear view of the Mountains at the back,and one can see beautiful sunsets.

A Large size TV is provided with Residential Building cable network,as also a HI FI STERO system+Radio,Bar cabinet.

The kitchen is 8 m2.It is fully equipped with a Cooking Range,Gas,Toaster,Microwave,Oven,Mixer,
coffee maker,kitchen utensils and cutlery etc.

There is also a Back kitchen with shelves and cupboards with a washing machine.

The bathroom has a white tub with shower curtains+shower+wash basin and a bathroom cabinet.

The Toilet is Independent of the Bathroom.

HOLIDAY RENTAL CHARGES

RENTAL CHARGES:

600 UROS per week in JULY and AUGUST.

540 UROS per week in JUNE and SEPTEMBER.

1.For making a CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS, 300 Uros NON REFUNDABLE is asked for as DOWN PAYMENT.

The same to be sent in ADVANCE by Bank Draft/Cheque/or any other convenient method.

2.When Physically arriving a REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of 300 UROS is asked for to Cover any Incidental dammages/misuse of property etc.
